Grant had his cavities filled. Jason said he was a trooper but that I get to take him to the dentist next time. Grant had a wonderful Christmas. Opening packages was our job, swimming in a sea of wrapping paper was Grant''s joy.
1st dentist appt. today...two cavities that''ll get repaired next week. Also saw the Dr. today-Grant''s next vaccination won''t be until he''s four! Not counting his upcoming flu booster and next year''s flu shot...Happy Birthday two-year old!
Grant went trick-or-treating to about five houses with Daddy. When Mommy got there all he wanted to do was go stomping through the grass in his E.R. Dr. costume. Trick-or-treating early allowed us to beat the storm that whipped through after sunset.
Grant is doing well; he likes to sit on Bosco, chase Bourre, jump up in bed and land on his bottom. He would eat Flintstones vitamins as cereal if he could. He has acquired a "stage laugh" for certain parts of his favorite movies. He will lay his head to the side when you say, "Go to sleep." He mumbles and jumbles but still has yet to "use his words."
Grant likes Monsters, Inc.; feeding the dogs; and red foods like tomatoes, strawberries, and watermelon. He doesn''t like chocolate (it would seem); eating three square nutritious meals a day; or sitting still (except for Monsters, Inc.)
Grant uttered his first sentence today, saying, "I want more." (of a drink) Second sentence came on the heels of the first with him asking for more bubbles. He also learned how to say Cracker with Miss Becca who was taking care of him.
